Transitional Justice Poster Presentation

On Tuesday, December 11, 2017, from 1:30-2:45 p.m. in the Torian Room, the students in the Transitional Justice class present their poster presentations of the group's conclusions as their final project.

The final project required the students to create a multiple stage project proposing transitional justice mechanisms for dealing with the past in the case of the United States. In line with the University's project on the legacy of slavery, they applied their recommendations to the legacy of slavery, Jim Crow era crimes, and/or some post-Jim Crow era harms that have impacted the African American community.
The academic community is invited to share this event as they present their research and conclusions.
