Recent Sewanee Graduate Accepted into the Teaching Assistant Program in France

Amory Walker

Amory Walker, a 2010 graduate of the college who majored in Biology, was accepted into the Teaching Assistant Program in France. This program is a joint initiative of the French Ministry of Education, the Centre international d'études pédagogiques (CIEP) and the Cultural Services Department of the French Embassy in Washington, D.C. Since the fall of 2010, Amory has been teaching in the town of Talange in the Nancy-Metz school district, in the Northeast of France.
