After 30 years teaching at Sewanee, Dr. George Poe taught his last class on Wednesday, May 3rd.  To bring some levity to this bittersweet occasion, the French & French Studies Department had a surprise waiting as he returned to his office.  The room was festively decorated with balloons and cards from friends!
