The Richardson House serves as the Community Engagement House, otherwise known as the CoHo. The mission of the Community Engagement House is to promote a seamless community among college and seminary students, faculty, and staff, as well as residents of surrounding areas. This mission is accomplished through community-based events and a desire to create stronger community through reciprocal relationships.
The Richardson House houses eight students in its six rooms: two doubles and four singles. There are three full bathrooms in the house (two on the first floor and one on the second floor) that are shared by the residents.
Average Bedroom Dimensions: Each room is unique in size and shape.

Room Furnishings (based on a double occupancy room):
- Two twin beds
- Two built-in closets
- Two dressers with five drawers each
- Two desks with chairs
- Two bookcases with two shelves each
- Two waste bins
- One room phone and two Ethernet ports
- All rooms have carpet and windows are furnished with blinds
On the main floor of the house, residents can enjoy spending time in the large living room and kitchen. There are several couches and chairs for seating, offering a great space for programs and hanging out. The kitchen contains a stove top, oven, large sink, cabinet space, refrigerator, and microwave. Limited cooking supplies are provided. Students may wish to bring their own. A washing machine and dryer are also located in the kitchen. The Richardson House is air-conditioned.
Residents of the Richardson House also enjoy a covered front porch, grill, and a screened in porch on the backside of the house. A small gravel driveway is located next to the house for resident parking.
