Trezevant Hall is a men’s hall located between two beautiful lakes, and is a short walking distance from central campus. Built in the late 1960s, Trezevant is a two story building in a U shape with all rooms opening to a central courtyard.

Rooms are arranged in suites with two rooms on each side of the suite bathroom. Each set of two rooms is divided into a study room and a bedroom for two residents. All windows are furnished with blinds. Rooms do not have carpeting.

Bedroom Dimensions: 11' x 12'     Window: 5'8" x 4'
Study Room Dimensions: 9' x 8'6"    Window: 3' x 4'
Bathroom Dimensions: 9' 10" x 8' 5"

Room Furnishings:

  • Two Twin XL beds with approximately 14 inches of storage space under each bed
  • Two built-in closets with 51” rods for hanging clothes (closets do not have doors)
  • Two dressers with five drawers each
  • Two desks with chairs
  • Wall-mounted shelving above each desk
  • Two waste bins and one recycling bin
  • One room phone and two Ethernet ports


The large common room is filled with comfortable furniture, has a working fireplace, ping-pong table, cable television, and a VCR/DVD player. The intramural field is just across the road for athletic activities.

A gas grill is located on the little lake side of the residence hall for resident use and bike sheds located on both sides of the building provide covered space for bikes. For resident convenience, a parking lot is located at the front of the building.

Trezevant Hall rooms are not air-conditioned. The common room is air-conditioned.
