The cost of the trips are listed below with a blank beside each one. Enter the amount of money you think you can pay for each trip. There is a limit to the financial aid available and there will be decisions based on how much someone can pay. Certain criteria will be considered for those seeking financial aid:
-class level in college
-community service experience
-application answers and paragraph of need for aid
Also, fill in all three of your choices for trips if you have them. (1) for first choice, (2) for second choice and (3) for third choice.
You may pick a Christmas Break trip as well as Spring Break trips.
Remember to be creative about where you can get money.... relatives, gifts for Christmas, churches, Temples, Businesses, Rotary Club, Work during Christmas break, babysitting, dogsitting, etc.
There will be a non-refundable deposit due on each trip.
-The trips that require flight travel will be $100 due before Christmas break.
-The other two domestic trips will have a $50 deposit due January 16, 2008
The purpose for these deposits are:
-Ticket reservations must be made before you leave for Christmas Break.
-Van and lodging reservations are very dependant on the group size
-Leadership placement for all trips is based on group size.
When you turn in your deposit, you will also have to sign a notice stating that you understand that your deposit is non-refundable except under extreme circumstances (death of family member, emergency medical problem).
