The Andrew Lytle Fiction Prize for the best story published in the Sewanee Review in 2012 is being awarded to William Trevor for "Giotto's Angels," which appeared in our summer issue.


The Walter Sullivan Prize for achievement in fiction in 2012 is being awarded to Richard Jacobs for "Mending Fences," which was published in our spring issue.


The Allen Tate Poetry Prize for the finest poetry published in the SR in 2012 is being awarded to Warren Leamon for "The Cold Fields of November," which appeared in our winter issue.


The Robert B. Heilman Prize for excellence in book reviewing in the SR in 2012 is being awarded to
Russell Fraser.


The Monroe K. Spears Essay Prize for the finest essay published in the SR in 2012 is being awarded to Robert Buffington for "A Great Seizure of Poems," which appeared in our winter issue.
