Hilary Masters Wins Fiction Award   printer

A prolific contributor to the magazine for over 15 years, Hilary Masters earned the "Best Books 2011" award for literary fiction from USA Book News for his novel, Post: A Fable.  Publisher's Weekly wrote one of the many favorable reviews for the novel, writing that "Masters in his tenth novel produces a twisty terrorism-cum-conspiracy plot, the lure of which is literary-minded crimes . . . and misdemeanors," and goes on to describe Masters as a "cheeky Scheherazade or Rabelais, weaving tales within tales that are sublime even when they are also ridiculous."  See the awards list here, and read more praise for the novel in our new books section.  Congrats again to our esteemed contributor!
