Phillips Hall
One of the three
famous halls in the Hodgson zone, Phillips offers singles and doubles
to upperclass women. Built in 1951, and formerly used as the Nurse's
Quarters for the old hospital, the recently renovated hall provides
housing for 26 women

The rooms vary
in size, with rooms on the first level and the basement level. Some
are arranged in suites, with two rooms sharing a bathroom in between;
some rooms use a hall bathroom. The walls are painted gray, and
the carpet is purple-gray-blue. The building is air-conditioned.
Phillips is
accessible through a parking lot shared with Hodgson and a rear
driveway with limited parking. A comfortable commons room, complete
with comfortable couches, chairs, television, and VCR, and there
is a kitchen with adjacent dining room located on the first floor.
A study room with laundry machines is located in the basement. A
screened porch is located on the side of the building and is the
site of several social gatherings.
