Accomodations

Accommodations at the conference center consist of two-level two-room cabin suites. Each cabin houses two participants, one occupies the lower level suite, the other occupies the upstairs suite. Each suite has its own bed and bathroom. In addition the downstairs suite has a small living room with fireplace. Requests for specific pairings of participants will be honored if possible.

Total attendance must unfortunately be limited to twice the number of cabins reserved. Consequently, each accompanying person will result in the loss of a participant space. Thus, the number of accompanying persons that can be accommodated is limited and space for accompanying persons will not be guaranteed until after January 15 in order to assure space for participants.

Please note that the conference center is not a hotel. As such it is not possible to arrange accomodations there for dates either before or after the actual time of the conference. If you desire to stay in the Lake Arrowhead area either before or after the conference please see the Chamber of Commerce website for information on hotels and other businesses in the area.
