Humanities 101

Humanities 101: The Ancient World deals with classical Greece and Rome and the intersection of the Hebrew tradition with Graeco-Roman culture. The Oresteia, Plato’s dialogues, the Iliad and Odyssey, the Aeneid, Greek architecture, the writings of Thucydides on the Peloponnesian war, as well as selections from Genesis, Exodus, and the Prophets are all representative subjects for study.
