Sommer in Sewanee was a wonderful, rewarding experience. I can't wait to attend again. Everyone, from the instructors to the other participants, included speakers of all abilities in all activities. No one was left out. In addition to improving my language skills, I walked away with a binder filled with wonderful resources to use in my classroom. I wanted to start using the resources right away. I highly recommend this program.

Participating in German Summer in Sewanee was an incredible experience for me. The small language classes with individualized attention helped my German tremendously. The professors and participants in the program were very friendly and helpful. We worked hard on our soap opera and newpaper projects, and I'm super proud of my projects.

Bei Sewanee waren alle Kursteilnehmer und Kursleiter so locker, supernett und herzlich. Wir haben so viel zusammen gelernt und es hat einen Riesenspaß gemacht. Ich fand es toll, immer wieder in verschiedenen Gruppen eingeteilt zu sein, so dass man alle Teilnehmer und auch Leiter gut kennenlernen konnte. Es war super, bei Sewanee Teilnehmer aller Altersgruppen zu haben, Teenager bis Leute mit 60 Jahren.
