The quality is very obviously poor in this print. You can tell the sections of the printer, with the overlap. It goes from thick to thin, and the reason that the overlap is so obvious is because the printer has been given permission to save ink. Usually, ink is sprayed in waves so that overlap is minimal, but it saves ink if the overlap is minimal. You just get an awful picture.
