During this annual weekend in January, juniors and seniors have the chance to network with alumni and to learn about:
- various careers and career paths
- how to begin and conduct a job search
- helpful tips on interviewing
- helpful advice on graduate/professional school
- resumes/cover letters
- what it's like to live and work in various cities from alumni who are there
- assistance for those who are still deciding on the next step
- real life skills in budgeting
Residence halls open to participants, and students stay in their own rooms. There are opportunities to practice networking skills in fun, social settings. Alumni from many fields and cities volunteer each year to participate. Please plan to join us! They want to talk to you and help you prepare for life Beyond the Gates. Register on TigerNet.
