If you have problems downloading try these tricks to get it to download and saved to your local hard drive. On the Mac click on the link and hold the mouse down. A drop box will appear letting you choose to "Save file as....", save the file and it will download. With windows you will need to right click the link and hold down the mouse button, the same dialogue box will appear and it will give you the chance to "Save target as...." this will also allow you to save the file to your hard drive or floppy disk. If you don't have Adobe Acrobat reader, you can download it from Adobe. The program is free and it will allow you to open and print a copy of the the application file.
