Sewanee announces new opportunity for incoming students with interest in the arts

High school students who are interested in being part of Sewanee’s incoming class of 2021, and who have exceptional promise in the arts, are invited to apply for a Fellowship in the Arts. The Fellowships in the Arts at Sewanee will be awarded to candidates with interests and accomplishments in visual studies, art history, film, dance, theatre, or music.

The fellowships will range in value from $5,000 to $20,000. Students selected for these fellowships will have the opportunity to dive more deeply into the life of the arts at Sewanee.

Interested students should apply for admission to Sewanee and complete both the Common Application and the application for the Fellowship in the Arts by Dec.1, 2016.
