Teaching-Related Activities
at Professional Meetings

The Center cannot supplement the Dean's regular conference allowance except to support teaching workshops at regular professional meetings. Our budget allowing, the Center will:

• cover workshop fees

• reimburse expenses up to $150 a day if the workshop is before or after the regular meeting and thus requires an extended stay

All such requests for the entire teaching year are due in the first semester when the Center holds its regular awards competition.

Where attending a teaching workshop is the primary purpose of the trip, the Center entertains proposals for support as part of its regular awards competition.
