An interdisciplinary Environmental Studies major that integrates coursework in forest ecosystems and geology with other environmental coursework.

Many labs and exercises in these required courses are specifically designed to develop computer skills that are required in natural resource fields. In addition, in our senior seminar, the students must synthesize their knowledge and their skills in data collection and interpretation through work on an actual natural resource project. They gain experience and confidence in expressing their ideas by presenting and defending their interpretations before their peers and professors. |
