Since 2000 JoyceÕs environmental educational programs and spiritual retreat
work for the Episcopal Church have grown more important than her corporate
consulting. During 2001, she began to travel to the twenty dioceses of Province
IV to assess the ongoing Environmental Ministry: Care for Creation programs and to determine how programs could be
expanded and initiated. By the end of 2004, she had visited and/or worked with
leaders from every diocese in this province. She encourages diocesan Environmental
Coordinators to collaborate with other groups including Christian Education, Spiritual
Formation, Outreach leaders, ECW, ENEJ, EPPN, ERD, Science, Technology and
Faith leaders of the Episcopal Church.
Joyce has made keynote presentations
for organizations including International Personnel Management Association, National Management Association and Federal Managers Association and was a featured guest on ESPNÕs NationÕs Business
Today and NYCÕs Country Radio Show, On
the Job. Her DISC Behavioral Communication Profile System was featured in several national journals and
magazines.
