The EfM display is very useful in promoting the program. It is large and
colorful. Diocesan conventions and Christian education conferences are
places that we most often see requests for its use, but it can also be used for
other purposes where large groups gather.
The display case and contents weigh around 20 pounds; inside are three
panels and a connecting strip. Two of the panels are already connected, but
the display will not fold into the case when all three panels are connected.
The connecting slips slide into a groove on the side of the panel and must be
used to connect the three panels together. The panel with the notebook is
intended to be the center panel for the display. The panel on the right as you
face the display has a blank for your use. On it you may secure items of local
interest in your diocese, pictures, names of mentors, and your name with
masking tape, but please remove all tape and gum residue when you are
finished with the display so that it will not bind to the panel.
The display is to be mounted on a table 6 to 8 feet long.
You will find brochures and prospectuses in the display case that will be
useful to you in promotion. If the case is shipped to you from a previous user,
the promotional material will be sent to you in a separate shipment.
Please make sure that the display is shipped out by UPS on the first
working day after you finish using it. The labels in the envelope inside the
case indicate where it should be shipped. If it does not go back to the shipper,

destination. Don’t forget that someone else is waiting for it. Since the display
is worth approximately $3000, we expect you to insure it accordingly.
