Sesquicentennial

Celebrate!

Since its founding in 1857, The University of the South has held a place of distinction among the nation’s top liberal arts universities. Today, as we celebrate the Sesquicentennial anniversary of Sewanee’s founding, we are extending our tradition to a new generation, building upon a glorious past to conceive an even brighter future.
